I've been so completely obsessed with the band, Tennis, that I've been listening to them on repeat for about a week now. Well, my obsession just got 10 times more intense once I discovered their story.
Turns out Tennis is made up of a married couple from Colorado who saved up to purchase a 30 foot sailboat which they used to sail the Eastern Seaboard for a year. Upon their return, they decided to tell the stories of their journey through their songs beginning with the initial dream of sailing in "Take Me Somewhere" (one of my favorites on the album) and ending their journey in "Baltimore."
